Orchard neighborhood is a mixture of older 1940’s and 1950’s homes along with large plats of 1970’s and 1980’s ramblers, split-entry, and tri-level homes. The eastern side is home to the Palisades neighborhood and several luxury homes and subdivisions. 800 North is home to a large business condo park, a funeral home, Harmon’s Grocery Store, and several office buildings. There are no apartment buildings and only a small scattering of duplexes. There is one small condo complex along 400 East.
