The school underwent a $5.25 million construction remodel in 2008 and 2009.
Portions of the front of the building were expanded westward toward the front parking area and administrative and counseling offices, a new entry and students common area, a spacious new media center and computer lab, and five new classrooms were added.
The refit also included a new heating and air conditioning system, a new indoor sprinkler fire protection system and new ceilings in every classroom.
